Saved indicator not working correctly

I genuinely don't understand the issue here. My brain is simply not comprehending. My first thought was that it was because the function to update the Markdown contents in the state store and to set the saved indicator to false when the Markdown content of the editor changes was overwriting the saved store.

I added a janky store which causes that function to not set saved to false if the store is true. That fixed the bug for opening files. For saving files, it still doesn't work. It fixed the issue for saving files without a save as dialog, but not with a save as dialog. I have genuinely no clue.
