Ran yarn global add link-monorepos-badly and got:

I am not quite sure where this version of upath is being installed from - this is updated in later versions of upath.

I'm not sure that this is a link-monorepos-badly thing, I just ran yarn why upath on link-monorepos-badly and it didn't show up. My guess is that upath is a dependency of another global module you have installed and you switched node versions at some point?
