Make EMMO more FAIR. Use FOOPS and improve the score by applying their recommendations.

Added some suggestions from FOOPS (#288)

Closes #286 

Added some additional annotations that together with the ontoconvert tool in EMMOntoPy and w3id.org/ redirections increases the [FOOPS](https://foops.linkeddata.es/FAIR_validator.html#) FAIRness score
of EMMO to 90% (check against https://w3id.org/emmo/).

Remaining tasks:
- [ ] Registering EMMO in public registry (LOV) (an online request has already been sent, but it should probably be followed up by an email)
- [ ] Add missing elucidations
- [ ] Check and add more dcterms:bibliographicCitation
- [x] Check and add more dcterms:contributor (like Francesca, Otello, Simon)
