-c="": The names of the content to download and install. Names should be seperated by a comma
-p="./": Path to the empires folder
-u=true: Check for updates
-url="https://apollo.firebit.co.uk/~dc0/game": The URL to fetch the manfiest and content from
- Add file signing
This should be installed into the first Empires folder (steam/common/Empires not steam/common/Empires/empires) and also be added as a non-steam game.
