Description

Ethernet will not come back up if taken down grammatically.

How to reproduce:

# ip link set dev eth0 down
# macb e000b000.ethernet eth0: link down
# ip link set dev eth0 up

Expected behavior:

Link comes up (lights on eth port blinks.)

Current behavior:

Interface stays down.

Test setup:

  • Enclsutra PM3 Base board
  • Zynq Mars ZX3 module
  • Standard config from bsp (no additions)
  • QSPI Boot
