We mostly have pretty decent exception handling now, but still some bits to tie up:

Document what we have.
Schema exceptions are still incomplete for composite types.
Provide customizable error handling to the developer, separating out 500 from managed exceptions.
Replace our existing text tracebacks with a plain 500 and no extra info.
