After the last update ==3.14.0 -> ==3.15.0, inflection is requested

Hi,

Since the last update, python ../web/manage.py generateschema --file schema.yaml --title "Backend API" --api_version 1.0.0 outputs following exception on our end:

    from inflection import pluralize
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'inflection'
ERROR: "generate-api:backend" exited with 1.

This is new and was not the case before.

A simple pip install inflection solved the problem though. Is now inflection a required dependency? I did not see/read anything in the release notes.
