nocache=1 moved into for loop without restoring

nocache = 1;

Compare to tihmstar's code this 'nocache = 1' is moved into the for loop below
But the value does not restore when this time of loop ends
This makes downloadPartialzip (getBuildManifest above invokes) constantly download ipsw plist from apple no matter nocache argument is set or not
Is that meant to happen or a mistake?
