I have a keyboard with the US international layout and cannot type " in the interpreter. " requires shift + the ' key to be typed.

Had the same issue US international layout doesn't seem to work from windows 11 aswell.
If you change it to any other layout type it works again.
Potentionally because the US international version uses the " as a special character to create acented characters for extended languages. See wiki below: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/QWERTY#US-International
