New parameters:

  • costs for breaching alert levels and security energy levels (up and down)
  • alert level time series for each unit (is automatic calculation possible?)
  • manual/automatic calculation of alert level costs - Chronological alert energy storage constraints. The penalty cost for not meeting these constraints can be defined as x1.1, the most expensive thermal plant. In other words, for the automatic calculation of the penalty, the optimization will only violate this constraint to avoid rationing
  • manual/automatic calculation of security energy - Allows the definition of chronological minimum energy storage constraints. Defined as x1.1, the deficit cost of the system. In other words, for the automatic calculation of the penalty, the program will only violate this constraint if it is physically impossible to meet it.
