View calls don't necessarily require "q" if using the "json" parameter with "concordance_query", but the Call validation function requires it to make a request. In other words, the "json" parameter is accidentally disabled. The validator needs to allow both ways to structure parameters and validating the "json" parameter could be considered or disabled since it's a more advanced technique.
