Would you please elaborate
<ref_path> What should be the reference path here.
<out_path> the path where output is to be saved.

If would be great if you can provide the complete example to run synthesize

<ref_path> a reference wav file, like one used during training. I dunno what it's used for.
<out_path> the output wav file
