Hi, Not sure if this is the proper repository/where to report this, but the link to the rules points to a 2019 version.
In html/includes/common.php , l.34 : define("OFFICIAL_RULES_URL", "https://ecsc.eu/about/ecscrules.pdf/download"), we get the 2019 version. Also, on the official website, the rules accessible under https://ecsc.eu/ecscrules.pdf/download are also outdated, they are the 2020 ones.
I couldn't find the 2021 version of the rules.
Best.
