It looks like it. You claimed a good, generic package name on NuGet, @enisn - can't you at least assign some new maintainers and delegate ownership of the package?

I'm motivated to maintain this project but..

unfortunately, none of us have unlimited time & resource to work & maintenance. That's why I don't want to create something huge I can't stand behind it. It's not about ability to make it, It's all about ability to maintain it.

I couldn't maintain this project for a while. Sorry for that guys. Now I'm creating new issues & milestones to upgrade this project to work on modern operation systems.
