Document wind/weather data in DMP

"Weather data" was listed as an external data source we plan to use for GloBAM, which means we need to document it in our DMP.

• What WP is going to use "weather data"? Is it wind data only?
• What source will be used for this data?
• Who can answer these questions? 🤷‍♂️

I think at least WP3, WP4, WP5 and maybe WP2(?) will use weather data. And I think we will want both wind and other weather data as well, but exactly what will differ between analyses of course.

We have used the NCEP/NCAR Reanalysis data from NOAA before, but I think @jshamoun wanted to use HIRLAM?
