Summary

The new SBT release fixes a couple of issues that we're run into, and may actually help with our compilation strangeness as it upgrades zinc.

Value

Not getting out of date, fixing build problems.

Specification

  • Upgrade SBT in the project build.
  • Test if this fixes the rebuild issue with generated code.
  • If so, remove the workarounds on CI.
  • Update the SBT version on CI.

Acceptance Criteria & Test Cases

  • We're on the latest SBT version.
