Summary

The IDE needs the ability to create files and directories.

Value

IDE will be able to create arbitrary files and directories via the language server.

Specification

  • Implement the file/create message as specified in the design document.
  • Specify any errors that go with file/create and their behaviours in the specification document.
  • Please note that the message can create both files and directories.

Acceptance Criteria & Test Cases

  • The above message has been implemented.
  • The above message has been rigorously tested.
