General Summary

In the main area, when selecting the nodes, there is an offset between where cursor is located and where it points to. The cursor points lower then it appears on the screen. For example, to select the node I need to place the cursor above.

There is no vertical offset in the text area (ctrl + `).
There is no vertical offset when using the Gnome desktop environment (normally I'm using i3 window manager)

Steps to Reproduce

Download electron app from GitHub CI and run:

$ ./Enso\ Studio-2.0.0-alpha.0.AppImage --dev --project Vehicles_Test

Observe the described behavior (the video is attached)
out.ogv.zip
