service.getStopPlaceDepartures
stopId=NSR:StopPlace:3378
Reply:
"realtime" seems to be always true even if the bus has not started the journey, and there are fewer buses that actually are realtime, than on the actual platform info board.
Not sure where to report this, so please point me in the right direction if this is not the right place.
TIA
Jonas

The realtime-field is only set to true for buses that are reported to actually have realtime-data. A bus may also have realtime-data before the journey starts in cases where the bus operating the journey in the opposite direction (which in turn will operate the journey in question) is on time. The realtime could then be considered as a "confirmed departure time".

While we get Ruter's realtime-data from their new realtime-service, the info boards on the platform currently rely on the old system. Ruter's newest buses are only included in the new realtime-service, and will not be shown as having realtime on the info-boards.

Thank you, I guess my "tests", could be explained by what you are saying. If the bus had the new realtime-service so that the platform info board reported non-realtime and the bus skipped going to the stop "NSR:StopPlace:3378". I will follow this with more tests :-)
