Times are always converted to system timezone, even tough zone information is included in the timestamp #28

In the ZonedDateTimeAdapter, the parsed time is always converted to ZoneId.systemDefault() using withZoneSameInstant, which results in the wrong time zone, when the local time zone differs from the time zone used by the agency.
