New term: exposure to personal care or consumer product chemicals.

@pbuttigieg where do you think the home for 'personal care or consumer product chemical' should be? The exposure event would live in ECTO
I think it should be a role in CHEBI or an application ontology for pharmaceuticals and cosmetics that pulls in a good chunk of CHEBI. One can then axiomatise the exposure event to reference all chemicals that have that role.
Regarding ECTO - we should think about exposure a little more, we'll be using it quite a bit in SDGIO, but with different semantics (socio-economics).

This comes from the CDC Report on Human Exposure to Environmental Chemicals (https://www.cdc.gov/exposurereport/pdf/FourthReport_UpdatedTables_Volume2_Mar2018.pdf). This is part of a class at Oregon State University. cc: @putmantime
