When did load test on microservices deployed through istio in GKE the following error occurs:

[warning][upstream] external/envoy/source/common/config/grpc_mux_impl.cc:65] Too many sendDiscoveryRequest calls for type.googleapis.com/envoy.api.v2.ClusterLoadAssignment

Kuberntese version: 1.12.8-gke.10

istio version : client version: 1.2.4
istio is installed as GKE addon
