Upstream Tox support added here

Hey y'all! Just found your fork, and seems like you go things working :)

Might you be open to upstreaming your changes so that others can use them? I know that there were others who expressed interest in Tox support in the bridge suggestion thread

Hey, I very expect to think of merge to upstream.

Because tox group chat feature still not enough, so here use extra sqlite db to save group members info. Seems not very clear codebase like other implemeted protocols in upstream repo.

I think make a thin part of tox protocol bridge to merge to upstream first if possible.
So you can help me analysis and discuss this, maybe later make some code, since I have no mature idea now.
