Text box for international dialing "+" replacement is too narrow for North American dialing code

That has a "011" in it, but the box is too narrow to see it. This makes using a screenshot for recommended settings difficult.

Hello, there have been several releases of Telephone since this issue was created. Could you please download and run the latest version to confirm this issue still exists.

Issue is still present in 1.1.4.
