Fingering Chart Generator v0.2.3

This is a much more functional release than the first. All settings are in one configuration file, including the fingering for each note. You could theoretically use this and create some very funky unusual saxophone fingerings for notes that you wanted to. The defaults tend towards the simplest fingerings. Charts are generated procedurally now, no more archive of image files.

Note: Automatic transposition for all sax types were not supported at the time of this release. Instead of choosing from this list as mentioned in the readme:
Alto, Tenor, Baritone, Soprano, Bass, CMelody, Contrabass, Sopranino, Subcontrabass, and Sopranissimo
you get a choice from this list:
C, Bb, Eb
which correspond to CMelody, Tenor, and Alto respectively. The next release will include this change (it's already in master).

Fingering Chart Generator v0.1

This is the first release. It doesn't contain all of the intended features, but it works! The worst feature of this release to look out for is that when using a midi file with notes outside the supported range, those notes will left out of the charts at the end. A warning is printed to the console, but even that may be missed. Therefore, make sure you only try to convert songs with notes ranging from Bb2 to F5 (slightly higher or lower when taking transposition into account)!
