my question is how do I implement the cumulative constraint in Numberjack with a resource limit

Hi @muhammedabuali, you can email numberjack.support@gmail.com for support. Unfortunately Numberjack doesn't currently have a cumulative constraint but it is possible to model its decomposition manually.
