What steps will reproduce the problem?
I am new to using ksoap, I get error in my project,
"The import org.Ksoap2 cannot be resolved".

I am using eclipse platform.

Follow the instructions on the wiki on including the library in your project.

try installing the latest eclipse, android-SDK and AVD versions. It works for 
me!
