Make memo field less scary

As a user, I want to easily understand and use the memo field when bridging tokens, so that I can perform token transfers accurately and without confusion.

Acceptance Criteria

• When I initiate a token bridge from EOS to EOS EVM, there should be clear and user-friendly instructions on how to use the memo field.
• The instructions should be accessible and straightforward, even for users unfamiliar with EOS.
