Dedicated article for immutability?

Article 2 mentions immutability of actions and records. But it also establishes the decentralization and no jurisdiction. I wonder if those two concepts should be separated into their own articles.

This would then give an opportunity to define immutability more clearly in regards to user funds and smart contract accounts vs the mentioned "records" and "actions", also maybe how they rely to the later defined "EOS property". This has always been a highly debated aspect of EOS and it would be great if it could be clarified early on there.
