Steps to Reproduce

  1. Launch Ketcher
  2. Click the Open button.
  3. In the 'Input' field put the incorrect InChi string, for example: InChI=1S/C7H16O/c1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8$h8H,2-7H2,1H3 - special symbol, etc.
  4. Click OK.

Expected behavior
Indigo throws an error

Actual behavior
Indigo returns an empty structure

Indigo/Bingo version
1.13.0-rc.1
