ARM template ignores deployment schema for group

Today if ARM_TEMPLATE variable not set, then ARM extension will try to detect template by checking schema in json files. It make file as a template if schema contain deploymentTemplate.json

However from the ARM documentation it is clear that usr may define ARM template as schema with suffix: managementGroupDeploymentTemplate.json which will be ignored

• update hub-component-arm extension to support managementGroupDeploymentTemplate.json
• update hub-component-arm to throw warnings (color warn) on template with unknown schema, so user would be notified
