Affected Version: Standalone, Remote, release\2.1

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a structure.
  2. Attach a Single Down Bond to the created structure.
  3. Click 'Layout' button.

Actual Result:
Single Down Bond is changed to Single Up Bond after Layout function.

Expected Result:
Single Down bond is not changed.

Now Actual Result:
For cyclic structure: all stereobonds are changed to the single bonds.
For line structure (chain): Single Down Bond is changed to the Single Up Bond, Single Up Bond is changed to the Single Down Bond.

Expected Result:
After Layout action all bonds are not changed.
