[bugfix] Switching Info Provider for XBox Gamerscore #gh-23

The public user profile pages on live.com where closed and are only reachable with a valid live login so we switched to the xboxgamertag.com website which also provides the gamerscore of user profiles.

[bugfix] fixes bing results count test with regexp change
ef60a2c 
Bing result page does not apply the ` id="count"` anymore to the count of results. So i changed the regexp and everything is fine again.
