UI/UX [Enhancement] Tooltip with quote button for selected text

A cool feature that I heard other bitcointalk users mention would be the option to select part of a post and have the quote option for that particular text block. And maybe edit option if the post is yours ... just an idea.
There are some other forum softwares that have this feature

I fully support this idea, I believe this is a necessary function of any modern forum, since it allows users to edit posts much faster.
