This issue creates a UX hurdle..

To maintain accessibility, we'll probably need to list all the sites as checkboxes - like this.

That said, lots of sites could mean a crowded UI. Maybe there's a more accessible version of Multiselect, Tom Select, Select2, or my personal favorites Chosen and choices.
