Update module configuration of MSAL

when working with #1228 we should also align the module configuration with the standard build pattern which was created after this module was created.

@equinor/fusion-framework-auth was one of the first modules create

see class BaseConfigBuilder

this change should not affect any consumers of the framework, just refactor for code alignment
