OS X-Duplicate Tab Default Folder #1190

When you are on OS X, you duplicate a tab and save, it does not default to the workspace directory.

Using 9.1.3 latest weekly build

I fixed this, but not as you would like: the default "Save As" dialog path is now set to the source file path
