In addition to the SPLASH folder, I'm proposing to add a README file (in txt format so it's viewable in the Notepad app on the PortaPack), and some example Splash BMP files (the default one, and one that I created).
(I was cautious not to add BMP files that other people created as we should have their permission first, and a lot of them on the Discord channel have potential trademark issues.)
