Simple zoom-out capability for world map displayed in ADSB-RX, RadioSonde, AIS (Boats), and APRS apps.
Currently I am just selecting one pixel from each block (not doing any pixel averaging). (Nor are we currently doing any dithering when zooming in.) Room for future enhancements. :-)
