- Custom splash now can be loaded from SD card.

(Modified from the one generates world_map.bin)

- Now can load splash.bmp!

- BMP files can be loaded directly now, so it can be removed.

New custom splash.

Hey! Thanks for this. 2 questions:

Any negative implications of this? (what if the image file in the sd is corrupted?)
Could I ask you to add some information in the Wiki? https://github.com/eried/portapack-mayhem/wiki/User-interface (it can be instructions how to use it there, or a new subsection... so people know how to use this on next release)

@eried in case of corrupt file, it falls back to the build in image.
