Added QR code generator with geo URI for radiosonde

Added QR code for radiosonde app, containing a geo URI.
Scanning this with a QR scanner will make it easy to open the coordinate in a phone app for example.

This solution was already suggested in enhancement request #370 .

Hi,
Just tested it: QR code is too small for my cellphone to get a clear picture of it.
Would it be possible to zoom on it (turning wheel ?) or to make it bigger by default ? (a picture x2 or x3 larger)

I tried that first, but my phone doesn't recognize the bigger one.
It think it gets confused by a QR bit consisting of multiple pixels.

Hi @ArjanOnwezen, thank you for yur work!
I agree with @UserAZERTY0: the qr code is so tiny that, even by using the macro on my phone and tablet, I can't decode it.
It looks it's just too small! 😢
