Is your device has a black screen you will need to hold down the left button on first boot. Then you wont need to hold it down again.

I have updated the wiki here https://github.com/eried/portapack-mayhem/wiki/Won't-boot

One user reports they only needed to press it once then not again. Another one reports they needed to hold down every time. Both users have an H2

I have an H2+, and must hold the left button at every boot with all versions since 1.5.0 (including 220409 nightly).

@godaminski do you have a button battery installed to preserve settings ? It should be saved in persistent settings that are only persistent if a button battery is installed.

I do, although now that I look at it none of my settings seem to be saving. I'll find a replacement for the button cell and see if that helps.

It will :-)

So I replaced the battery, which helps with saving settings and not having to press the left button when powering on. Thank you for that. Now, the audio no longer works. I'll address that in #545...
