removed need for cpld mode setup for QFP100 #956

This pull request skips the CPLD update procedure for QFP100 models of Portapack. This removes the need of pressing left or top button in first startup to get the portapack running. Other versions are unaffected.

should only be merged after it is tested on all versions of portapack.

Can confirm it works on my H1 without hardware settings, and my H2 is working like before with the boot key, which is what is expected with the PR.

Ok , this version works fine in my H1R2 and also H2R4 with big CPLD . Now ok in both devices and it also memorize well the hw version for next power up

H1 users that have white screen , still can boot pressing right or top (or central) + reset keys to change the config type of this hw .(same as before)
So to me , fine to be merged. 👍
