setHostnameAsFQDN available as beta in k8s 1.20, and starting with OpenShift 4.7

I've got some decent methodologies for automated creation of companion Service objects, so for now this isn't a problem, but if we can leverage future openshift features to remove the need for the companion service that will be more elegant.
