Fails to run 2to3 when installing via pip

When installing blessings using pip3 install blessings, the code is not run through 2to3, resulting in a NameError: name 'unicode' is not defined at import time.

I believe this to be resolved by 'blessed-integration' branch, which no longer uses 2to3 tool but supports py2 and py3 natively
