pypy was dropped from CI pipeline.

  1. it took to long to build.
  2. scipy versions above > 1.3.3 have an issue with pypy. the constraint can't be described in requirements file syntax. other ways of writing down requirements might offer a solution.

until then. if you are using calcbsimpvol with pypy, just install scipy<=1.3.3.
