Component: Not Specified
Migrated from: https://bugs.erlang.org/browse/ERL-1258

When cross-compiling Erlang for environments that doesn't support {{timerfd}}, it would be helpful to have an {{./configure}} option to disable {{timerfd}}.

The check of whether timerfd can be used or not is based on whether the header is present in the cross-compile environment. Does this mean that your cross-compile headers include it, but it is not supported by the actual system?

Yes, exactly. Our cross-compile environment have this header but the runtime environment doesn't.
