ERL-1464: Mnesia crashes while booting up

While starting mnesia, it terminated due to some error (screenshot attached). Earlier the same mnesia was working fine.

The file content looks completely wrong, looks like you have copied files with the wrong extension,
or your disk have real problems.   The dcl files should contain operations but this file contains table data.
