Use ES6 generators everywhere

Transform the output of the purs compiler to make use of ES6 generators.
This allows us to use https://github.com/elixirscript/processes for process emulation.
The linked library integrated with erlscripten but in order for receive/sleep/yield to work we need to compile to ES6 generators instead of normal functions
