Let "copy" overlay copy directories #22

In my application I have a "priv" dir containing subdirectories that I want to be packaged into the application.

As I see it, rebar supports copying directories via overlay while relx does not.

Ah, yes, it currently only supports copying files. I'll get this updated to support directories as well.
